Where to download the Little Family Room app


To download the Parent's App, you can search up "Little Family Room" on your Apple App Store or Android Play Store.


Note:
Parents are only required to download Little Family Room app
Little Check In, Littlepoop and LittleLives app are meant for schools




Login Interface

This is how the login interface looks like when you first open the app.
There are a few options on how you can log in.




Where do I retrieve my login credentials?

1. Once your account has been activated, a welcome email will be sent out to the email address you have provided to school (if you do not have an email address entirely, please scroll down to the Phone Number Login section).


Note:
1. If you are unsure on which email was used, please contact the school to check.

2. Do also check your spam/junk folders in the event you are unable to find the email in your inbox

3. If you have not received the welcome email, do check with the school if your account has been activated.




2. The welcome email will include the email address you’ve provided (this will be your username), with your unique first-time log in password, website portal link, recommended browsers to utilize, as well as a link to a copy of the Parent's User Guide (example below).



Note:
If you realise that there's been a mistake (spelling error, wrong email etc) in the username/email credentials, do reach out to the school to make the changes



Login with Email Address

1. Enter your email address that you had registered with and password and click Login



 
Login with Mobile Number

1. Parents who also have their mobile number registered to their account may use this Mobile Login option.

2. Simply input your mobile number and password and click Login

Login with Pin Code

1. This is suitable for Parents who only have their mobile number registered.

2. Select Mobile and followed by PIN code login


3. Simply input your mobile number and click on Send me the PIN code



4. The system will send out a one-time pin code for you to key in to access the app right away.

5. Copy or type the PIN code in the field and click Login



Note:
1. If you had keyed in your mobile number a prompt appears saying that the credentials you entered were invalid, this means that your number is currently not found in the system. Please contact the school to check to allow them to make any amendments on their end if needed.

2.If your forgot your password down the road, select Forgot Password? to reset your password accordingly
