1. Want to change the default password to one you prefer?
Step 1: Head to the LittleLives Website and log in using your email address and password.
Step 2: Click onto your profile icon at the top right-hand corner, followed by Account option.
Step 3: Click onto Change Password and you will see a pop-up asking you to key in your new password.
2. Have you forgotten your password and unable to login?
If you cannot remember your password and is unable to login, you can head to the Sign In page and click onto the Forgot password? option.
It will prompt you for your email and a reset password email will be sent to your email inbox.
