There are a few reasons why you are not able to view the other children's profile:
1. Your account was not added under the other child's profile.
2. Your account has yet to be activated by the school.
3. You might have registered different email address for the other child.
Step 1: Reach out to the School Administrator is the best way to confirm if your account has been added and activated successfully.
Step 2: Once you have confirmation from the school that your account has been added and activated, log out and re-login again into Little Family Room app to refresh to see the update.
Step 3: Click on the profile icon to toggle the different children.
