1. What is Start Small Dream Big?
Start Small Dream Big was initiated by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) to encourage pre-schools to create authentic platforms for children to innovate, problem-solve and tap on their unique strengths to help others.
2. Where do I document my Centre's SSDB journey?
All stories are to be uploaded by Centre's staff via LittleStories app, a platform by LittleLives.
3. How do I go about creating an account for my Centre?
For clients of LittleLives, simply use your existing login credentials to login into the LittleStories app.
For non-clients, please reach out to feedback@littlelives.com for our lovely pixies to create one for you. Let us know your Centre's Name and Branch, Address, Staff's Name, Email Address and Role.
4. I have my login credentials. How do I login to LittleStories app?
Download the LittleStories app from App Store or Google Play Store. Click on the door icon at the top right hand corner to key in your login details. Click Log In to enter.
5. Can I access LittleStories via website?
LittleStories app is only available via mobile device. Once your stories is uploaded and approved, you can view it on the app and SSDB website.
6. How to post my story?
Once you are logged in to LittleStories app, there is a Notepad icon located in the middle of a blue bar. Click on it to start writing your story. Give it a clear and concise title, great content and visuals.
Add tags (Optional) to your story and click submit for approval.
7. Is there any word limit? How many stories can I post?
There is no word limit and you can post as many stories as you like.
Do remember quality over quantity!
8. I have submitted my story for approval, how do my Principal approve it?
Have your Principal logged in to LittleStories app, tap on the list icon located at the right of the blue bar and click " For Your Approval ". Select the story to approve and click " Approve ".
9. Where can I view my stories after approval?
View your stories at the LittleStories app Home page or My School's Stories.
Once approved by ECDA, you can also view the stories via the SSDB website.
10. How do I share the story with parents?
Click on the story in your LittleStories app and there will be a share icon at the top right hand corner. Copy the link and share it with your parents via LittleLives or other other platforms of communication. The link will bring them directly to the story at the SSDB website.
