Due to the difference of system server in China, you will have to manually change the settings for your phone to the origin timezone to access Little Family Room instead of the current location.
For example, if your child is enrolled in Malaysia school which enrolled with LittleLives system, you will set the timezone to Malaysia's instead of China's timezone.
Check out steps below on how to manually set timezone to the local one:
For iOS
1. On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Date & Time
2. Turn off Set Automatically (ensure slider is grey instead of green)
3. At Time Zone search for your previous local location e.g Kuala Lumpur and set date & time as accords to Malaysia's timezone
For Android
1. Tap Settings
2. Click on System or General Management
3. Click on Date and Time
3. Turn off automatic date and time
4. Select Region, date and time according to school region
The interface and steps may be differ slightly depending on Android models, you may search for date & time in Settings and set it from there
