The school may allow a student to take attendance before adding a coin package. “You Owe” will then be showing under Coin Package and Little Family Room app. School needs to deduct the coin AFTER a package is added (refer article HERE).
Step 1: Select Finance --> Fee Accounts --> On the student’s account,, click Show next to Coin Package.
Step 2: Click on the number stated besides "You Owe" and a window of "Extra Days Deduction" will pops up.
Step 3: Select the date and it show the number of coins to be deduct > then select the Coin Package from the filter
Step 4: Click Save. "You Owe" will be removed from Coin Package
