This is how the login interface looks like when you first open the link:
Where do I retrieve my login credentials?
1. Once your account has been added by the school admin into the system, a welcome email will be sent out to the email address you have provided to the school.
2. The welcome email will include the email address you provided to the school with a unique first-time login password. You need to use this password to log in for the first time. To reset the password afterward, you can only do so after logging into your account.
Note:
• If you realize that there’s been a mistake (spelling error, wrong email etc.) in the username/email credentials, do reach out to the school admin to make the changes.
How to log in?
The main method to login into the SMS is by using the PCF email.
Here is the interface when you log in using the email:
Login with Email Address
- Email: Key in your PCF email address
- Password: Key in your password (if you don't remember, can reset it)
- Forgot password: To reset your password
