To understand the status of an interest form:
An interest form can have one of the following statuses:
1. New Interest:
Indicates a newly received interest form.
2. Contacted:
Indicates that parents have been contacted, regardless of vacancy.
3. Offered:
Indicates that a placement has been offered to parents, with in-principle acceptance of the placement (Offer valid for 14 days from the day the status is updated to offered).
4. Declined waitlist:
Indicates that the parent declined the waitlist, and the child's waitlist status becomes invalid.
5. Declined offer:
Indicates that the parent declined the offer, and the child's offer/waitlist status becomes invalid.
6. Waitlist:
Indicates that the parent indicated interest in being on the waitlist.
7. Enrolled:
Indicates that the child has been successfully enrolled.
