What is Visit Management?
- Assist in facilitating a center tour or appointment visit for potential child enrollment:
- Automate emails to parents for scheduled visits and reminders before the visit.
- Manage visits according to center availability.
How to create center visit for interest(s)?
Step 1: Go to Interest Management under the Enrolment menu.
Step 2: Select by checking the boxes of the students to arrange the center visit
Step 3: Click on Choose Action > Create Visit For Parent.
Note: Visits can only be scheduled by parents who have registered interest in the center.
Step 4: In the Calendar, select the slot of the scheduled visit
Step 5: In the Create New Visit pop-up, enter the following fields:
i. Visit Title
ii. Visit Type > Center Visit / Aptitude
iii. Visit Mode > Physical / Virtual (if virtual, create the link via Teams)
iv. Adjust the date and time
v. Note
Step 6: Once done, click on Create Visit
⚠️ NOTE
- The Visit Title should be meaningful to identify the event's purpose, for example, the Child’s Name + Date of Visit, etc.
- Centers are to conduct physical tours unless there are communicable disease outbreaks in the center.
- Microsoft Teams is preferred for virtual meetings.
Step 7: Once you have entered all the details, click on the Create Visit button to confirm.
Step 8: Your new visit should now appear in the calendar according to the date and time you set.
Note: In the interest Activity Log, the created visit will be logged as an acitivity.
