Step 1: Go to Interest Management under the Enrolment menu.



Step 2: Click on the Transfer and Share tab.


Step 3: Click on the 3 dots button on the right, and click on Cancel Transfer Request.


Note: Only interest with "Pending Transfer" status can be cancelled


Step 4: In the pop-up window, click on the Cancel Request button. 



Step 5: A pop-up window will appear to show the request to cancel interest is successful.




Step 6: The transfer interest request status has now changed to Cancelled
