Step 1: Go to Visit Management under the Enrolment menu.
Step 2: Click on Upcoming & On-going Visits.
Step 3: Click on the visit title to make any changes.
Note: Only upcoming or on-going visits can be edited. Completed visits can no longer be modified.
Step 4: In the Edit Visit pop-up, make the necessary changes to update your visit.
Step 5: Once done, click on the Save Changes button.
Note: Parents will receive an email notification with the update on the center visit.
