Registration Form Guide


1. Basic Information

  • Fill in all the required basic information.
  • Click on "Continue" to proceed.


    Note: Ensure all fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are filled in, as they are mandatory.




2. Student Particulars

  • Enter all the student details.
  • Once completed, click "Continue."

3. Parent/Guardian Particulars

  • Fill in the family member details.



  • If there is more than one family member, click "Add New" to include additional members.



  • For the Primary Contact, tick the checkbox to indicate the primary contact person.


  • To remove a family member’s details, click "Remove."


    • If the Residential Address differs from the student’s, tick the checkbox. This will prompt a field where you can enter the correct address.

This page is optional. If you don’t have any comments, you can click "Continue."


7. Application Summary

Review the Application Summary carefully. If any changes are needed, click "Back" to edit the form before proceeding. If everything is correct, click "Continue."


8. Declaration

Checking the checkbox *"Check the checkbox to agree with the PDPA policy " is a must to proceed. If the box is not checked, you will not be able to continue.


9. Payment

  • The final step is to make payment for the registration fee. Scan the QR code to complete the payment.


  • Once the payment is made, upload the proof of payment to proceed.



Once done, proceed by clicking the "Submit" button.

  • If you do not wish to submit yet, click "Save Draft" to save your progress.
  • If you need to amend any previous details, click "Back" to make changes.
