Step 1: Log in to the Parent Form Gateway using the email address provided in the form.
Step 2: After logging in, parents will see the Compulsory Education (CE) Form (this form is only for Singapore citizens).
Step 3: Click on Submit to proceed.
Step 4: Review each section carefully and click Continue to move forward. Parents must verify all the information provided.
Step 5: On the Application Form page, click on Upload Image to add a signature.
Step 6: Tick the Confirmation Checkbox and click on the Submit button.
Once submitted, a confirmation message will appear:
"Your submission is now under review for approval!"
