We would like to introduce our new feature, Authorised Pick-up Person. For this feature will allow school to add an authorised pick up person for your students.
To start using the feature, please find the steps below for how you can add authorised pick up person to LittleLives system.
Create a parent/guardian profile
Go to a child's profile -> for a new parent, click the Add Family button -> add in details -> create an account.
* If a parent already has an account, please skip to the next step to upload a profile photo.
After a parent's account is created -> click on the avatar -> click Choose Photo and select a photo from your device -> click Upload.
NOTE: - We recommend to upload photo with headshot. - The system supports photo with PNG, JPEG, JPG file formats.
Once the photo is uploaded, please do look for Authorised Pick Up Person field-> click on the "Was not provided" -> select Yes -> click check icon to save the change.

Additional Authorised Pick Up Person
For an authorised pick up person who will not need an access to parent's portals, you can add their information from Contact button under Authorised pick up section and proceed to add in details and upload profile photo accordingly.
How Authorised pick up details showing in Little Check In app?
After you take a check out photo or tick check out step, you will see a new section Authorised Pickups.
Tab on the section and you will be able to view authorised pick up for a student with profile photo and contact details.
In case the authorised pick up has not been updated yet, you will see the message: "There is no authorised pick up for (Child's Name) yet."
