To Close a Center

  1. Click on the "Center Actions" button located in the center's dashboard.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select "Close Center."

  3. In the Center Closure form, choose the Center End Date.

  4. Once you’ve selected the correct date, click "Close Center."

Review the details, and if everything is correct, click "Confirm" to finalize the closure.

To Deactivate a Center

  1. Click on the "Center Actions" button located in the center's dashboard.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select "Deactivate Center."


  3. In the Center Closure form, choose the Center End Date.


  4. Once you’ve selected the correct date, click "Deactivate Center."


  5. Review the details, and if everything is correct, click "Confirm" to finalize the deactivation.
