To Assign a Center to Staff:

  1. Go to the Staff Information page and click on the "Assigned Center" tab.

  2. Click on "Unassign Centres" if you are removing a previous assignment.

  3. Use the Filter or Search function to narrow down your list of available centers.

  4. Select the checkboxes next to the centers you wish to assign to the staff member.


  5. Click on "Choose Action" and select "Assign to Centres."

  6. Once confirmed, click on the "Confirmed" button. A prompt will appear notifying you of the successful assignment.

  7. The selected centers will now be listed in the Assigned Centers tab.


To Unassign Center(s) from Staff:

  1. In the Assigned Centres tab, select the checkbox(es) next to the centers you want to unassign from the staff member.

  2. Click on "Choose Action" and select "Unassign From Centres."


  3. Once confirmed, click on the "Confirmed" button. A prompt will appear notifying you of the successful unassignment.
