Introduction
This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for managing student and alumni records using the MMWSS platform.
It includes instructions for student creation, management, transfer, graduation, and withdrawal.
Add New Student
Click 'Student Management' in the navigation bar.
Click 'Add New Student'.
Fill in the required information marked with '*' and click 'Next'.
Click 'Add Student' to complete the process.
Enroll Interest (Auto Student Creation)
Click 'Interest Management'.
Go to the 'Offered' tab.
Click the ⋮ icon next to the student and select 'Change Interest Status'.
Fill in required information and click 'Change Status'.
Navigate to the 'Enrolled' tab to confirm.
Check 'Student Management' to ensure student appears under 'All Students'.
View, Search, and Export Student Data
On this page, HQ/Centre Admins can search, filter, and export student records.
The default tab, All Students, displays a full list of students (all statuses) across the centres assigned to that Admin.
You can switch the view using the “View student list by” dropdown – choose between Centre (default) or Class view depending on your needs.
Search and/or Filter Student List
Use the search bar to look up students by parameters such as full name, centre, parent contact number, email, and more.
Click the Filter button to narrow down results further with multiple criteria. This is handy when filtering by gender, status, level, or specific centre/class.
Export Student Data
Go to 'Student Management'.
Click 'Export Data'.
Download the generated .xlsx file from the Notification Centre.
Edit Student Profile
To edit any section in the Student Profile, click on Edit Info
Add Test Results
Click the Student Actions button
Select Add Result
Enter the required information, then click Add Result
View Test Results
On the Student Profile page, navigate to the Result History tab
You will see your student’s list of test results there
Transfer Student
Login as Centre Admin.
Go to 'Student Management' and locate the student.
Click ⋮ and select 'Transfer to Another Centre'.
Fill in transfer details and submit the request.
Receiving Centre Admin to approve the request via 'Action Centre'.
Review Transfer Request
As the Centre Admin of the receiving centre (where the student would like to get transferred to), you get to review and decide whether or not to accept the transfer request
Click Action Centre
Review Transfer Request (for receiving centre) at Your Approval Requests tab
Click Next to review the Transfer Request
Bulk Actions - Import student data
Click Approve or Reject
Transfer Class
View student list by Class
Find the student to transfer, click ⋮
Select Transfer to Another Class
Fill in the transfer details
Click Transfer Student
A toast will appear confirming the successful transfer
Bulk Transfer Centre
View student list by Centre
Select multiple students
Select Bulk Action ➜ Transfer to Another Centre
Bulk Transfer Class
View student list by Class
Select multiple students
Select Bulk Action ➜ Transfer to Another Class
Bulk Actions - Import student data
Click Import to use bulk student update function
Select multiple students
Click Bulk Action ➜ Add Result
Graduate Student
Go to 'Student Management'.
Click ⋮ next to the student and select 'Graduate From Centre'.
Fill in the graduation details and click 'Graduate Student'.
Withdraw Student
Click ⋮ next to the student and select 'Send New Form'.
Tick the 'Withdrawal Form' and click 'Send Form'.
Submit Withdrawal Form
Click Submit to fill up Withdrawal Form
When the system asks for OTP, key in 666666
Review Withdrawal Form
Click Parent Responses
Click ⋮
Click Review Submission
Withdraw Student
Click ⋮
Select Withdraw From Centre
