[PCF] How to submit enrollment forms to ECDA
Here are the steps to submit enrollment forms to ECDA in the PCF SMS system:
Step 1: Go to Interest Management
Navigate to the Interest Management module from your SMS dashboard.
Step 2: Open student's profile
Find and click on the student's name to open their Interest Profile.
Step 3: Go to Parent Responses
In the student's profile, click on the "Parent Responses" tab to view submitted forms.
Step 4: Click on Enrolment Form
Select the Enrolment Form that has been approved and is ready for ECDA submission.
Step 5: Complete mandatory ECDA fields
Fill in all mandatory fields required for ECDA submission and complete the ECDA validation checkboxes.
Required ECDA validations include:
- • Complete Declaration for ECDA
- • Verify all student information
- • Confirm enrollment details
Step 6: Click "Submit to ECDA"
Once all mandatory fields and checkboxes are completed, click the "Submit to ECDA" button.
Step 7: Confirm submission
A confirmation notice will pop up. Review the details and click "Confirm" to proceed with the ECDA submission.
Step 8: ECDA Enrolment ID generated
After successful submission, the ECDA Enrolment ID will be automatically updated in the form for your records.

Prerequisites for ECDA Submission
- Enrolment Form must be approved by CA

- Student must have valid visa status (Student's Pass)
Timing
ECDA submission should be completed before updating the interest status to "Enrolled". This ensures proper documentation and compliance with ECDA requirements.
