 Issue 1: Parent Cannot Log In


  • Check: Is parent set as Primary Contact?
  • Check: Does student profile have date of birth?
  • Check: Is the email/phone number correct in the system?


Issue 2: Parent Cannot Link Child

  • Verify: Student's date of birth is recorded
  • Verify: Parent's contact details match system records
  • Verify: At least one child must be linked before app access 


Issue 3: Parent Forgot Password


  • Advise parent to click Forgot Password in the app
  • Parent must use registered email/phone to reset


Issue 4: Parent Not Receiving OTP


  • Verify contact details are correct
  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Ensure mobile number includes correct country code
