Step 1: Go to Visit Management under the Enrolment menu.
Step 2: Click on Completed Visits
Step 3: Click on the visit title
Note: Only completed visits can be updated for attendance status.
Step 4: In the Review Visit window, update the visitor attendance status to “Attended” or “No-show”
Step 5: Once done, click on Save Changes.
Note: Other fields are not editable. Once attendance is saved, no further changes can be made.
Step 6: To confirm, click on Update Attendance.
